2. Free Client-Side Service Model

All library and model demonstrations provided on Free Browser Demonstrations are 100% free of charge:

• Zero Billing & Registration: No accounts, sign-ups, subscriptions, or payment credentials are required.
• Client-Side Execution: All demonstration processing, model inference, and WASM calculations occur locally inside your web browser on your device.
• Monetization & Ads: To support hosting and maintenance costs, we display non-intrusive advertisements served via Google Ad Manager (GAM).

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership and rights over all sample files, images, and text inputs tested in our demonstrations. Because processing is 100% client-side, your test content is never stored, copied, or transmitted to our servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The demonstrations are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. They are designed for live technical evaluation of open-source libraries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mohit Kumar Gupta (Trade Name: MKG Commerce) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or demonstrations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Burdwan, West Bengal, India.
